Responsive site reflects change in engineering habits.

NCH Europe's new website reflects change in use of online technology across a range of technical communities

Professionals working in the water, energy and maintenance sectors can now access information from global specialist NCH Europe at the click of a mouse, thanks to the company's newly launched website. NCH chose to redevelop its site to put customers first by providing a multi lingual, content rich, responsive design experience.
The new site reflects changes in the ways in which technical staff access websites in a range of engineering communities, including highly regulated process sectors such as water, food and energy. The trend is towards mobile device use, including BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), something that NCH is keen to facilitate for its customers.

NCH Europe's new website is available in nineteen different European languages and is packed with information about the company's six core Innovation Platforms. As a result, anyone working in the maintenance, lubricants and fuel additives, wastewater, water treatment solutions or parts cleaning sectors will find something on the new site for them.

"Many of our customers work in a very mobile way, on site or moving between sites," explained Bernard Daymon, NCH Europe's president and CEO. "As a result, it's absolutely crucial that our website works well on a mobile phone or tablet. We need to offer our audience the chance to pull out a device at the side of a manufacturing line or in a water treatment application and be able to get the information they need quickly.
"Furthermore, because we operate in so many different territories across the continent, it's essential that our content is available in whatever format and whatever language our customers want and need. We are customer focused and people oriented and our site reflects that."
